On Friday June 6th, Mack Sennett Studios was thrilled to present an evening with Good Food’s Evan Kleiman in conversation with award winning Chef Dan Barber. Tickets to this sold out event included light bites and drinks before the program. Discussion topics included Dan Barber’s new book Third Plate: Field Notes on the Future of Food that has been described as “a call to action which embraces diversity on the farm and on the plate”.
