We’re excited to announce that we’ve given one of the most epic spaces in our building a little TLC and it’s now available for rental! Located behind the Michael Jackson Remember The Time music video backdrop in stage one, our Woodshop encompasses the triangular tip of our building. We finally dug through the tools and materials that were piled high in this incredible space, added a proper entrance, and are in the process of building a lofted area and bathrooms, making this our new favorite facet of the building with the most incredible natural light you can imagine. If you’ve never seen it, make sure to ask for a tour next time you’re in the building, and get to thinking about what creative ideas you can bring to life for your next project in this one of a kind space!
On September 14th we invited KCRW’s Jason Kramer to host our 2nd installment of The #MSSFILMCLUB! This month we showed “The Past is a Grotesque Animal”, a documentary about the band Of Montreal, followed by a Q&A discussion with special guests Jason Miller, the film’s director/producer/editor and Andrew Napier, the producer/editor of the film.
